Wojo's offers two design options for your landscape. We will work with you to create a landscape that will enhance the appearance and the value of your home. Our designers are experienced in both design and plant selection. All you will need to do is install the plants.
Design Option #1
This service is free of charge for customers who already have a design idea in mind and just need a little direction with plant selection and placement. Bring in your property measurements and pictures. This design will be a freehand sketch and will provide enough information to create a beautiful landscape. This service doesn't require an appointment, but you may want to call ahead to make sure someone is available to help you. If your needs are extensive and the time needed to assist you is more than 30 minutes, we would suggest using our professional detailed design option.
Design Option #2
This service includes a 1 -1 1/2 hour appointment and a professional drawing. You will meet with a designer to create a landscape drawing that will fulfill your needs and reflect your personal taste. Preparation is vital to getting the most of your time spent with the designer, so try to provide as much information as possible. The fee for this service is $150.00 and you will receive a $50.00 gift certificate towards a plant purchase of $200.00 or more.
Information Beneficial for Design Work:
Any papers with site measurements, such as your mortgage survey, plot plans or sprinkler design. Taking measurements of specific areas that you wish to be addressed is also helpful.
What is the sun exposure of your home? Which way does the house face and what soil conditions are available?
Location of overhead lines, septic fields and drainage patterns along with existing plant material.
House color, architectural style, focal points and anything you wish to hide.
Water availability, sprinkler or manual watering.
Amount of time available to maintain the yard.
Do you have any favorite plants or colors you would like included? Sometimes previewing plants in our nursery is helpful.
